Nope. You will know when there's an official release because the official release actually works.
Just download the normal Ragnarok Online Client HERE. Download Ragnarok_Online_Downloader.exe. To play on Valkyrie, New Iris, New Lok i, and Valhalla, run pRO_F2P.exe. I've tried removing all of these non working links (I actually try them myself first in the very small chance someone actually had the talent to disassemble the encryption modules) but there are too many, and people are misunderstanding the point of moderation (which is to protect all of you from misinformation).

So I'm just leaving you to fend for yourself until you learn your lesson (that a messy tracker will only cause problems for everyone) so that in the future, when the software maintainer asks you to behave, you will behave.
There will always be one source of openkore and that is the one on github. If you find any other places to get kore (because it kill steals, supports your server, or has some fancy new features) be careful because we've always found that these contain keyloggers, or network code that sends your passwords, or the poster is just trying to gain your trust so they can scam you later.
But like stubborn children, many here don't believe their more experienced elders and just let greed and jealousy take over their sensibilities. Might as well have you learn the painful (yet very useful) lesson; at least this one's just a game and if you get scammed here, it's way less of an issue than getting scammed thousands of dollars in real life.
