A lot of information to take in, I'll try to satisfy everyone's curiosity as much as possible. If you have any other questions please let me know.
1) Getting a System Error After Login/Can't Access the Game.
Yes, the server is currently offline. We are checking the issue at this moment so it should be working again in no time. I will inform everyone as soon it is.
2) How to Change IP and connect with the officials client?
You don't have to. Just download the AKClient Converter, from our website or our forums. It will create a new copy of Aeria's client and patch it to our own. Then you will be able to login in our server without issues as soon is working again.
3) The Server is in Closed Beta? Is in Open Beta?
It couldn't be at closed beta considering closed beta can only be access by invite. The server is open for everyone. You may consider its an open beta yet, since even the TW server is still an open beta too and there is still content to come. I like to think a server never really leaves the open beta state, since developpers and managers always have something new to learn. Regardless, all character progress is definitive, which is the most important information about this question.
4) Server seems empty at the moment
Of course it is, we open only a few hours ago, and logically people are still feeling suspicious. This will change very soon.
5) Private Servers are only after money.
Private Servers needs, as much as any other server, an income to survive. Hosting a game is not a free-expenses task. People likes to get paid for investing their time in something; no one wants to work for free. That doesn't mean money is everything we're after either, any previous or current private server developper or manager will understand that this isn't a work you can pull without also passion about what you do.
6) Why to Play a Private Server if its not to test your build?
All Private Servers has different targets; just because you are a private doesn't mean you will have the same intentions. Some people may just want to test their builds, but we are interested on building a comunity and long-therm game experience.
There are other reasons why people chooses P-Servers: for the change of leveling a bit faster, for getting access to items (let's be honest) you will only dream of to access on an official, for having a cheaper alternative, for having direct communication with the staff members.
7) Exp Rate Looks Quite Low.
All previous Aura Kingdom players should understand than having higher exp rates than our own at a server could possibly kill the game. One of the things I'm more infatuated about Aura Kingdom gameplay is their questing system and mostly the early stages. Higher exp rates will kill the experience of discovering the game and exploring the world. Still, considering how fast you get to level 50+ and that 65+ content is still in development, I think the exp rates are quite fair.
8) Should the Gold Rate be Increased?
Increased gold rates it's always a tricky thing on online games, and may have results than end up hurting the community. When people gets more gold than they actually need the economy starts inflating and barely anyone can get their items sold. The idea of having a low gold drop rate is to maintain a balanced interior economy. The drop rate compensates this fact; and items drop rate is still Aura Kingdom's main source of income. Still, this is an issue it can be discuss further. I think it's still too early in the server's release to know how it will progress.
9) Basically, there are things I dislike.
Honestly, I would be surprise if there wasn't. The early stages of any server release are always a challenge. Thankfully, there is also plenty of room for improvement and we're more than willing to listen your ideas. Take in consideration we're not trying to invent the wheel here; this game is quite flawless in several aspects and we intend to keep them that way.
Thank you for the fame quest report, we will look into it immediately. Should have an easy fix too. In general the quests drop rate has being already modified x1. This has being a manual task so we may have miss more than one. If it happens again with any other quest please inform us.
